Burner: It is composed of Honeywell (Honeywell) solenoid valve, ignition controller, ignition electrode, combustion head, flame sensor, transformer, wind pressure switch, integrated control module, etc. The Cyndeer burner has the functions of automatic ignition detection, flame detection, flameout protection, over-voltage and under-voltage protection, etc. The high-power frequency conversion technology of CDC series products can adjust the thermal output power of the heating system to achieve more energy-saving and more comfortable purposes.
Radiant tube: aluminized low carbon steel pipe, the surface is tile gray. Thin-walled radiant tube, high temperature without distortion, not only to ensure a better radiation effect, but also to ensure that the radiant tube in high humidity environment is not corroded, in line with CGA/AGA (Canada/American Gas Association) standards, materials in line with ASTM A- 787 (American Society for Testing and Materials) requirements. Length ≥ 2900mm, diameter: 101.6mm, wall thickness = 1.5mm.

VS-CDC series continuous products are equipped with frequency conversion control system, high and low temperature control, automatic variable load continuous control, automatic adjustment of power between 80%-110, energy saving 5%-7% compared with some similar products.
