Full premixing can be divided into pre-premixing and post-premixing. Pre-premixing technology means that the gas and excess air are premixed before the fan, and the premixed gas is blown into the combustion chamber through the fan. Condensation heat transfer technology. The main heat exchanger of the core component of the condensing gas heating water heater is cast aluminum type, which integrates the burner, flue and water channel. The cast aluminum heat exchanger has good corrosion resistance, and the heat absorption of the cast state has the largest heat exchange area in a limited volume. The burner and the water outlet are located above the main heat exchanger, and the water inlet is located at the bottom. The temperature of the water flow gradually increases from bottom to top, and the temperature of the flue gas gradually decreases from top to bottom. The reverse flow ensures that each point in the heat exchanger can fully exchange heat, absorb the sensible heat and most of the latent heat of water vapor in the flue gas, effectively reduce the exhaust temperature, saturate and precipitate the water vapor in the flue gas, and take away some harmful gases in the flue gas in the process of the heat.
